A very active group of residents participate in our monthly Resident Council Meeting to discuss menus, scheduled activities and special events, and any concerns they may have regarding their stay. The Council is governed by officers elected each year by the residents. All residents are invited to attend.

A wide variety of activities are available for our residents. Group activities are designed to enhance the individual's rehabilitative program. One-to-one and small group activities such as sensory stimulation, reality orientation, room visits and pet therapy are held regularly. Volunteers are welcome additions to the program. The Activity Department also develops specialized programs for those residents with special needs.
