Autumn Hills provides different levels of care including the following:

This care level is for residents who are admitted directly from an acute care setting (hospital) and have multiple medical problems. The care level is very high, requiring complex medical services. Medicare Part A as well as private or managed care insurances may pay for this level of care.

Skilled care is care that requires a nurse 24 hours a day. This care level may qualify a resident for limited Medicare coverage. Private insurance and managed care coverage may also pay for this type of care.

Intermediate care provides assistance from the professional staff in bathing, mobility, eating or activities. Medicaid, private payments, or long term care insurance are the resources available for this care level.
In addition, assisted living services are available at Manor at Autumn Hills. Please visit www.Briarfield.net to view other care options available through our affiliation with Briarfield Health Care Centers.
